At the time of checkout, shipping prices are dynamically calculated based on the weight of your order. We understand the importance of both cost and speed in delivering your purchases. To ensure you receive the best of both, our system evaluates several carrier options, selecting the one that offers the most economical rate with the quickest delivery time.

​All orders are processed and will typically ship within a 2-3 business day window. Please note that weekends and holidays might affect this window.

At this time, I am not charging any handling fees. However, as my product line expands and more fragile items are added, this is subject to change in the future, as additional packing materials needed to ensure the safe transit of certain items may incur extra expenses. We aim to ensure your order reaches you in the best condition.

Our standard carrier is USPS Priority Mail. However, in certain situations, we may use UPS if it's deemed a better option for the specific delivery. Both services are usually reliable, but as with all shipping services, issues can occasionally arise

For those in the vicinity or attending local events, we offer a convenient local pick-up option at festivals where we are a participating vendor, and directly at our farm stand. This allows you to save on shipping and get your products directly. 

In the event of a no-show, we will make one attempt to contact you. If we don't hear back within 48 hours, the items will be returned to stock. If you had already paid for the items, a refund will be issued promptly.

Please be vigilant about the location you choose for package deliveries. If the USPS tracking shows your package as "Delivered", but you claim you did not receive your package, we cannot file a claim with the USPS. Consequently, we cannot refund or replace your order under these circumstances.
