Given the nature of our handcrafted products and to ensure their safety and prevent potential contamination, FLX Farmhouse Soaps does NOT ACCEPT returns. Once a product leaves our premises, we cannot ensure its integrity and, therefore, cannot resell it. Please understand that all sales are final.

We understand the importance of your satisfaction with every purchase. Upon receiving your order, please take a moment to inspect it. If you discover any issues - whether it's a defect, damage, or receiving the wrong item - we urge you to contact us immediately. When you reach out, we may request photos of the products in question, which helps us better understand and quickly resolve the issue. Remember, no matter the problem, big or small, we encourage you to get in touch. We are here to ensure your experience with us is nothing short of excellent.

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected the photos of your damaged items and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Please note, due to the artisanal nature of our handcrafting process, variations in appearance can occur. Location:

All our soaps are made in small batches at our home soap studio in Palmyra.

Handmade Unique Features:

Each bar is hand-cut, ensuring its uniqueness. While our target weight is 4.5 Oz (128 g) per bar, slight variations in size and color might occur due to the handcrafting process.

Longevity: 

Handcrafted soaps are crafted without preservatives or fillers and require a bit of extra attention. To ensure optimal performance, keep your soap bar in a dry, well-ventilated area, and make sure it drains completely after each use.

Visual Representation:

We strive to describe and showcase our products accurately. However, the soap you receive might not exactly mirror the product image due to its unique handmade nature.

Ingredient Safety: 

Phthalate-Free Fragrance Oils:

We understand the importance of using only the finest ingredients in our soap formulations. Therefore, all fragrance oils utilized in our soaps are completely phthalate-free. This ensures that you can indulge in the delightful scents of our products without any worry about harmful chemicals.

Additionally, we take the safety of our fragrances to the next level by adhering to the stringent guidelines set forth by the International Fragrance Association (IFRA).
