Do you offer local pickup?
es! Local pick-up is available and free. After placing your order, detailed instructions for porch pick-up will be sent via email.
We also offer free local delivery within a specific range. To see if you qualify, enter your address at checkout. If eligible, the delivery option will be provided automatically.
How do I track my order?
Orders are typically shipped via USPS. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as it’s created. Use this number to track your package on the USPS website.
Returns
Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of our products, FLX Farmhouse Soaps does NOT accept returns to ensure product safety and prevent contamination. However, if your shopping experience doesn’t meet your expectations, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re committed to working with you to make it right and ensure your satisfaction.
What should I do if my order is damaged or incorrect?
If your product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we’ll make it right. Please contact us immediately with details of the issue so we can assess the situation. Depending on your preference, we can offer a refund to your original payment method or send a replacement. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’re here to ensure you have the best experience possible.
When will I receive my refund ?
If approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method immediately . Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

What is tallow soap?
Tallow soap is made using rendered fat from animals, such as beef or mutton. It has been used for centuries and is prized for its creamy lather, moisturizing properties, and durability. Tallow is a natural and sustainable ingredient when sourced responsibly, making it an excellent choice for high-quality soaps.
What is the current processing time for orders?
We currently ship within the United States, usually via USPS. If you’re local, we also offer porch pick-up and delivery.
Do you offer wholesale options?
We currently offer wholesale opportunities for select products. Please reach out for more information about pricing and terms.
Do you offer custom orders?
Yes, we do! Custom orders are perfect for special occasions such as weddings, baby showers, or corporate gifts. However, please note that our soaps require a curing period of six weeks, so we recommend placing custom orders well in advance of your event.
